Austin, the capital of the Lone Star state and the live music capital of the world, will be getting another building to define its skyline. The JW Marriott broke ground in October, 2012 and will be the largest hotel in the city with over 1,000 guest rooms on 33 floors overlooking downtown.  Attractions that bring thousands of visitors to Austin include several conventions, the annual outdoor Austin City Limits music festival and Texas Longhorn's football games. The hotel's 2 block proximity to the Austin Convention Center is ideal for those who prefer walking around the town.

ProCLAD will furnish and install formed copper panels around the hotel entrance, zinc flatlock panels at the Burger Bar, aluminum composite metal panels at the garage, columns and Amenity Deck & Bar; formed galvalume panels in three colors on the high-rise portion of the hotel, and insulated metal panels around the mechanical areas on the roof.  In addition, weathered steel will be used in fabricating the fire pit and planters at street level.   ProCLAD's package also includes furnishing and installing louvers.
